About Mae Engelgeer
Textile design has always been at the heart of Dutch designer Mae Engelgeer’s work, which embraces subtle colour palettes, patterns and linear elements. Working from her fascination with craftsmanship, she explores the possibilities of modern machinery, translating traditional techniques into contemporary textiles. In addition to her own collections, Mae has also worked with international brands such as cc-tapis, Kvadrat, FEST Amsterdam and Auping.
